Terms and Conditions

Institutional guidelines, examination integrity standards, credential usage rights, and authorized provider service terms.

Revision: 2026.1 Standard: OSH-TOS-GLOBAL

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the OSHA International web portal, registering for professional certifications, enrolling in authorized training courses, or submitting credentials for public ledger verification, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Code of Professional Ethics, and all related institutional charters.

2. Professional Post-Nominals & Credential Usage

Post-nominal titles (including AIOSH, MIOSH, and FIOSH) are protected designations granted solely to approved members in continuous good standing. Credential holders are authorized to use corresponding designations on business correspondence, resumes, and official engineering submittals provided that:

  • The practitioner maintains active registration and completes required annual Continuing Professional Development (CPD) hours.
  • The practitioner adheres to the OSHA International Code of Ethics and does not misrepresent the scope of their certification.
  • Any revocation, suspension, or lapse in standing terminates the legal right to present the designation immediately.

3. Examination Integrity & Anti-Fraud Governance

OSHA International enforces strict anti-fraud safeguards across all proctored exams and certificate issuance protocols. Any candidate discovered to have engaged in examination misconduct, impersonation, unauthorized materials usage, or counterfeit certificate generation faces permanent disqualification from all consortium bodies and public listing on the registry revocation ledger.

4. Authorized Training Provider (ATP) Governance

Licensed ATP centers operate as authorized independent institutions bound by specific curriculum delivery guidelines. ATPs must not alter approved syllabi, omit required simulation hours, or issue unofficial credential cards outside the authenticated central ledger system. Failure to maintain instructional audit metrics results in immediate license revocation.

5. Intellectual Property & Course Materials

All curricula, training slides, diagnostic assessment templates, and examination instruments published by OSHA International are proprietary intellectual property. No reproduction, unauthorized resale, or digital distribution is permitted without written license from the Board of Regents.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any controversy, claim, or examination score challenge arising out of these terms shall be settled in accordance with our formal Dispute Resolution Procedure.
